What is Hogan club?

Welcome to the HOGAN CLUB website. Our goal is to provide you with an inspiring space to get to know and meet experts and colleagues from similar fields who share an interest in Hogan methods.

Both long-time users, who can gain a new point of view on the application of Hogan methods, and “eternal beginners” who are not yet positively sure about interpretation and want to consolidate their knowledge will benefit. It is an opportunity to share your experience from practice and the questions that arose from it.

A series of meetings (face-to-face and online) on various topics related to the use of Hogan’s methods await you. We will focus on deepening the knowledge and skills of interpretation as such, whether it is about subscales, combining scales or connecting the results from all three questionnaires. We will not miss the discussion about difficult situations that we can find ourselves in during interpretation (contradictory results, invalid reports, impression management, etc.), but we will also concentrate on the possibility of using questionnaires in different contexts, with different goals. We emphasize that we do not stay only at the theoretical level, so concrete examples from practice await you, you will hear stories about real projects in the field of employee selection or development, where Hogan’s methods played their role.
